Thelaxenvraxylon provides customized event decoration services delivered on specific dates. Due to the nature of our services, traditional return policies do not apply. However, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
We stand behind the quality of our event decoration services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns and ensure your event meets your expectations.
If you need to cancel your booking:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to askuse@thelaxenvraxylon.world
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers consultation time and preliminary design work.
If you wish to modify your booking rather than cancel, we will do our best to accommodate your changes. Modifications requested at least 14 days before the event can typically be accommodated without additional fees, subject to availability.
If you experience any quality issues with our decorations during your event, please notify us immediately. We will dispatch a team member to address the issue promptly. Documentation with photographs is appreciated.
All decorations are inspected before delivery to ensure perfect condition. If you notice any damaged or missing items during setup, please inform our team immediately so we can provide replacements. Claims must be made before the event begins.
If Thelaxenvraxylon cannot fulfill services due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies, a full refund including the deposit will be provided. Alternatively, we can reschedule to a mutually agreeable date.
All decorative items remain the property of Thelaxenvraxylon and must be returned in the same condition as delivered, allowing for reasonable wear. Clients are responsible for damage beyond normal use or loss of items. Replacement costs will be charged for damaged or missing items.
